The rotunda is located at the top of Chopok in the Low Tatras and connects both sides of Chopok. Guests have access to the hotel from both the south and north sides. From the area of Liptovský Mikuláš you will be taken by the 4-seater cable car Biela Púť + Twinliner + cable car Funitel. From the south direction Bystrá Tále - Krupová (under Srdiečko) the adjoining cable cars Krupová - Kosodrevina and Kosodrevina - Chopok.
Latest arrival to the White Pilgrimage or to Krupová is min. 30 minutes before the departure of the last cable car to Chopok. If you do not arrive at the cable car at the regular operating time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation according to the applicable business conditions.
Please pick up tickets from Biela Púta or from Krupová to Chopok and back at the info center in Jasná na Biela Púta or at the box office in Krupová based on confirmation of receipt of a binding order from Tatry mountain resorts, as. A deposit of €2 is charged for the ticket, which is returned after handing over the ticket at the info center or at the cash desk.

| We have had an excellent experience with the Balnea Grand facility, we have returned here for the third time, the level of all-inclusive food is excellent, all meals are prepared from quality ingredients. Served drinks are such a classic. The buffet by the pool offers fast food-type food, which is delicious. The outdoor pool is suitable for smaller and older children, but also for seniors, the indoor pool is more suitable for older children and adults. The surroundings of the hotel are in a pleasant park on a spa island, an ideal place for relaxing walks. The hotel staff is pleasant and polite. The rooms of the Grand wing were renovated approximately 20 years ago, some rooms have newer equipment, the rooms have a refrigerator and a TV. The bathroom and toilet are older, but clean and well maintained. The advantage is also the possibility to pick up your pet for an additional fee, our dachshund has been very happy here for years. Now, however, we have come to relax without him. | |

| most of the whole hotel we were satisfied with the food, there was a large selection of dishes, fruits, vegetable salads and desserts. As for accommodation, it was nice, and the neighbors accommodated - specifically foreigners from Ukraine, who repeatedly smoked on the balcony. after the announcement made at the reception, we were told that we were unlucky because we had no proof. the Ukrainians allegedly told them that they did not smoke, while we talked to them and one of them blew smoke into the husband in protest with the words "sejcas smatriii" (look at the translation now). I would like to draw the attention of the hotel management that instead of writing meaningless questionnaires (which would deserve the attention of the Slovak) on arrival, they should consider giving clients signing the hotel's conditions, which can be punished by a fine in case of violation. I also have a comment on the pools .. since these are relaxing stays, where peace and quiet should be observed, this is not respected by parents with children who are screaming, stunned and generally noisy .. | |
