This information will also be included in the shipping newspaper found in the last cruise evening cabin. Please note that you will leave the ship about 2 hours after it is anchored. Passengers staying in suites are entitled to priority disembarkation, immediately after passengers with transfers to early flights. The disembarkation times for other passengers will be determined with respect to the transfer times and the needs of each group.

Account Payment

During the last evening of your voyage, a statement of your personal on-board account will be delivered to your cabin. If you chose to pay by credit card on boarding, all you need to do is check your billing. The amount will be downloaded from your card automatically. In case of any ambiguity or mistake, please contact the Reception as soon as possible. If you pay in cash, you will also find information along with your account on when and where you can pay.
If you want to avoid unexpected surprises, you can check your account at any time during the cruise by briefly consulting at the Reception. And for most modern boats, you can also find this information via interactive TV in your cabin or even on a mobile app that you can download to your phone.

Luggage

During the last night of the voyage, mark your luggage again with the tags you get in your cabin and leave them in front of your cabin door. The ship's staff will take care of it and you will pick it up after landing at a designated port in the port.
We recommend that you keep your hand baggage containing everything you need in the morning before landing (personal items such as medicine or glasses, as well as essential toiletries, valuables, camera and fragile items).
However, if you want, you do not need to use the luggage service, and you can carry your luggage yourself on the day of disembarkation.

Leaving the ship

Count on the fact, that you will leave the ship about 2 hours after its anchoring. In the case that you have a flight home only in the afternoon or evening, some shipping companies offer the possibility of late disembarkation for a fee. You have to leave your cabin just like any other, but you can use all the ship's equipment to go for lunch etc.
