The uniqueness of the hotel lies in the offer of 2 separate sauna worlds with a swimming pool - sauna world with swimming pool, whirlpools, children's pool and relaxation area especially for families with children (PLESNIVEC) a separate sauna world with a 20 m long swimming pool for adults (persons over 16 years of age) seeking the silence of water vapor (PRASLIČKA). In the sauna world PLESNIVEC and in the sauna world PRASLIČKA there are the following saunas: Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, bio sauna, infrared sauna, steam sauna. The hotel also offers massages and professional fitness.
Wellness Hotel Chopok **** provides accommodation in the resort Jasna Low Tatras in 80 spacious rooms PRASLIČKA and PLESNIVEC. All rooms have a balcony and are equipped with bathrobes, slippers, satellite TV and tea / coffee making facilities. We offer double rooms with extra beds, as well as larger family rooms.
Rooms PRASLIČKA and PLESNIVEC for 2-3 persons with the possibility of one extra bed provide comfortable accommodation for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old. (There are 2 fixed beds, 1 sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for either 1 adult or 2 children up to 12 years old.)

| We have had an excellent experience with the Balnea Grand facility, we have returned here for the third time, the level of all-inclusive food is excellent, all meals are prepared from quality ingredients. Served drinks are such a classic. The buffet by the pool offers fast food-type food, which is delicious. The outdoor pool is suitable for smaller and older children, but also for seniors, the indoor pool is more suitable for older children and adults. The surroundings of the hotel are in a pleasant park on a spa island, an ideal place for relaxing walks. The hotel staff is pleasant and polite. The rooms of the Grand wing were renovated approximately 20 years ago, some rooms have newer equipment, the rooms have a refrigerator and a TV. The bathroom and toilet are older, but clean and well maintained. The advantage is also the possibility to pick up your pet for an additional fee, our dachshund has been very happy here for years. Now, however, we have come to relax without him. | |

| most of the whole hotel we were satisfied with the food, there was a large selection of dishes, fruits, vegetable salads and desserts. As for accommodation, it was nice, and the neighbors accommodated - specifically foreigners from Ukraine, who repeatedly smoked on the balcony. after the announcement made at the reception, we were told that we were unlucky because we had no proof. the Ukrainians allegedly told them that they did not smoke, while we talked to them and one of them blew smoke into the husband in protest with the words "sejcas smatriii" (look at the translation now). I would like to draw the attention of the hotel management that instead of writing meaningless questionnaires (which would deserve the attention of the Slovak) on arrival, they should consider giving clients signing the hotel's conditions, which can be punished by a fine in case of violation. I also have a comment on the pools .. since these are relaxing stays, where peace and quiet should be observed, this is not respected by parents with children who are screaming, stunned and generally noisy .. | |
