Health Spa Resort Esplanade **** is a wellness hotel in Piešťany. This modern complex, built in 1980, has undergone extensive renovations in recent years. The non-smoking hotel in the heart of the Spa Island focuses on health care.
Piešťany Spa Island is one of the largest and most exceptional spa complexes in Europe On a beautifully landscaped island, with lily ponds and peacocks, in the middle of Slovakia’s River Váh, sits a unique spa island dedicated to your health and wellbeing. Natural healing procedures in Piešťany are particularly effective in improving mobility and relieving physical pain and tension. Thermal mineral water is unique for its high content of sulfur (6 - 10 mg / l) and hydrogen sulfide (4,7 mg / l), which have beneficial effects in the treatment of chronic inflammation and musculoskeletal disorders.
Hotel Esplanade offers 259 rooms including 15 suites and in the Alameda Wing 198 rooms including 6 suites. Apartments offer visitors balconies overlooking the tranquil surroundings of Piešťanský Spa Island. Culinary delicacies are offered in various restaurants. Café with summer terrace, night bar with live music, congress facilities as well as a wide range of leisure and sporting activities.

Spa and health care is provided in the Balnea Health Spa, wellness and relaxation in the Water and Sauna World center. The modern balneology center offers spa treatments at the highest medical level. The spa house is directly connected to the hotel. A popular spa stay offers unique piešťanských procedures.
You will now be taken by the outdoor pool perfect feeling of the beach atmosphere. The pool bar is open - "POOL SIDE BAR“. In addition to soft drinks, coffee, beer, or fresh fruit juices and mixed drinks, you can order pizza of various kinds, salads but also sweet delicacies such as muffins, fruit salad, donuts and pancakes with various variations.
It is available for guests bicycle rental. Guests who bring their bicycle and would like to store it in the hotel garage have the option of a fee of 2 € / night.
Notice: On October 9.10.2023, 13, a sanitation day will take place in the water and sauna world of the Esplanade Hotel. From 00:20 p.m. to 00:XNUMX p.m., our clients can use the pool and saunas located in the Balnea Health Spa.

| We have had an excellent experience with the Balnea Grand facility, we have returned here for the third time, the level of all-inclusive food is excellent, all meals are prepared from quality ingredients. Served drinks are such a classic. The buffet by the pool offers fast food-type food, which is delicious. The outdoor pool is suitable for smaller and older children, but also for seniors, the indoor pool is more suitable for older children and adults. The surroundings of the hotel are in a pleasant park on a spa island, an ideal place for relaxing walks. The hotel staff is pleasant and polite. The rooms of the Grand wing were renovated approximately 20 years ago, some rooms have newer equipment, the rooms have a refrigerator and a TV. The bathroom and toilet are older, but clean and well maintained. The advantage is also the possibility to pick up your pet for an additional fee, our dachshund has been very happy here for years. Now, however, we have come to relax without him. | |

| most of the whole hotel we were satisfied with the food, there was a large selection of dishes, fruits, vegetable salads and desserts. As for accommodation, it was nice, and the neighbors accommodated - specifically foreigners from Ukraine, who repeatedly smoked on the balcony. after the announcement made at the reception, we were told that we were unlucky because we had no proof. the Ukrainians allegedly told them that they did not smoke, while we talked to them and one of them blew smoke into the husband in protest with the words "sejcas smatriii" (look at the translation now). I would like to draw the attention of the hotel management that instead of writing meaningless questionnaires (which would deserve the attention of the Slovak) on arrival, they should consider giving clients signing the hotel's conditions, which can be punished by a fine in case of violation. I also have a comment on the pools .. since these are relaxing stays, where peace and quiet should be observed, this is not respected by parents with children who are screaming, stunned and generally noisy .. | |
