The optimal composition of Turčianian healing water and temperature, the miraculous effects of the "gold" itself and climatic conditions guarantee overall regeneration of the organism.
Hotel ROYAL PALACE ***** is the dominant feature of the spa town Turčianske Teplice. It is located in the center of spa and cultural and social events, directly on the pedestrian zone next to the spa park. Take advantage rich offer of services. Royal Bath is a spa part of the hotel, which offers a unique type of preventive health care combining comprehensive medical services.
The hotel is connected by a connecting corridor with Spa & Aquaparkwhere there are pools and water attractions. Thanks to the composition of the mineral water is the Spa & Aquapark the only aquapark with the Golden Spring in Slovakia. Two pools (Folk and Red Bath) stand directly on the mineral shafts. Turčianska mineral water is not only thermal (on springs with a temperature of 44 - 46 ° C), but its composition with a mineral content of up to 1.520 mg / l is also medicines. Covid-19 measures:
- Testing of all clients entering the stay
- It is not possible to accommodate a client for a stay without performing a test with a negative result
- Testing takes place every day from 10:00 to 14:00.
- The client is obliged to prove a sufficient number of drapes that he will have during the stay (min. 5 pcs.) Upon arrival.
- Each guest, during the pandemic, must complete and sign an affidavit. Upon onset, his body temperature will be measured.
- During the entire stay, the accommodated guest will come into contact only with employees tested for COVID-19 with a negative result, which ensures a high degree of safety
- Movement in common and public areas is only permitted with the upper airways covered
- All treatment procedures are provided as standard with increased hygiene measures
- The SPA & AQUAPARK treatment complex is closed with a planned opening on 28.12.2020
- Hygienic measures were increased in all areas: control of hand disinfection at all entrances to accommodation facilities and in common areas, disinfection of common areas.

| We have had an excellent experience with the Balnea Grand facility, we have returned here for the third time, the level of all-inclusive food is excellent, all meals are prepared from quality ingredients. Served drinks are such a classic. The buffet by the pool offers fast food-type food, which is delicious. The outdoor pool is suitable for smaller and older children, but also for seniors, the indoor pool is more suitable for older children and adults. The surroundings of the hotel are in a pleasant park on a spa island, an ideal place for relaxing walks. The hotel staff is pleasant and polite. The rooms of the Grand wing were renovated approximately 20 years ago, some rooms have newer equipment, the rooms have a refrigerator and a TV. The bathroom and toilet are older, but clean and well maintained. The advantage is also the possibility to pick up your pet for an additional fee, our dachshund has been very happy here for years. Now, however, we have come to relax without him. | |

| most of the whole hotel we were satisfied with the food, there was a large selection of dishes, fruits, vegetable salads and desserts. As for accommodation, it was nice, and the neighbors accommodated - specifically foreigners from Ukraine, who repeatedly smoked on the balcony. after the announcement made at the reception, we were told that we were unlucky because we had no proof. the Ukrainians allegedly told them that they did not smoke, while we talked to them and one of them blew smoke into the husband in protest with the words "sejcas smatriii" (look at the translation now). I would like to draw the attention of the hotel management that instead of writing meaningless questionnaires (which would deserve the attention of the Slovak) on arrival, they should consider giving clients signing the hotel's conditions, which can be punished by a fine in case of violation. I also have a comment on the pools .. since these are relaxing stays, where peace and quiet should be observed, this is not respected by parents with children who are screaming, stunned and generally noisy .. | |
