Wellness hotel Sorea Maj *** is located in the village of Liptovský Ján, which is one of the most attractive locations in the distinctive area of Liptov. Precisely due to the rich occurrence thermal and mineral springs is Liptovský Ján a popular place for spa and recreational stays. Quiet and peaceful environment suitable for lovers of winter sports - ski resort SKI Opalisko only 8 km from the hotel.
The hotel offers accommodation in single and double rooms, family rooms, apartments and rooms for immobile clients. Rooms are equipped with TV with satellite program, telephone, safe, bathroom, bathroom and toilet balconies with a view east or west. For more demanding clients the hotel recommends accommodation in apartments with refrigerator, for families spacious family rooms.
Gastronomic services offer colorful selection of international and regional cuisine served in the spacious hotel restaurant. Breakfast and dinner are served in the form of hot and cold buffet tables. The Aperitif Bar is ready for guests rich offer of mixed drinks.
The thermal water in the hotel’s indoor pools comes directly from the Rudolf thermal spring. The water temperature is 26 to 29 ° C, it is mineralized and acidic, depending on the gas content it is strongly carbonic and medium hydrogen sulfide. Water has beneficial effects on the respiratory tract, locomotor system (rheumatism, joints), skin problems (eczema, allergies). Regular stay in the water induces the body's natural relaxation and promotes good sleep.

| We have had an excellent experience with the Balnea Grand facility, we have returned here for the third time, the level of all-inclusive food is excellent, all meals are prepared from quality ingredients. Served drinks are such a classic. The buffet by the pool offers fast food-type food, which is delicious. The outdoor pool is suitable for smaller and older children, but also for seniors, the indoor pool is more suitable for older children and adults. The surroundings of the hotel are in a pleasant park on a spa island, an ideal place for relaxing walks. The hotel staff is pleasant and polite. The rooms of the Grand wing were renovated approximately 20 years ago, some rooms have newer equipment, the rooms have a refrigerator and a TV. The bathroom and toilet are older, but clean and well maintained. The advantage is also the possibility to pick up your pet for an additional fee, our dachshund has been very happy here for years. Now, however, we have come to relax without him. | |

| most of the whole hotel we were satisfied with the food, there was a large selection of dishes, fruits, vegetable salads and desserts. As for accommodation, it was nice, and the neighbors accommodated - specifically foreigners from Ukraine, who repeatedly smoked on the balcony. after the announcement made at the reception, we were told that we were unlucky because we had no proof. the Ukrainians allegedly told them that they did not smoke, while we talked to them and one of them blew smoke into the husband in protest with the words "sejcas smatriii" (look at the translation now). I would like to draw the attention of the hotel management that instead of writing meaningless questionnaires (which would deserve the attention of the Slovak) on arrival, they should consider giving clients signing the hotel's conditions, which can be punished by a fine in case of violation. I also have a comment on the pools .. since these are relaxing stays, where peace and quiet should be observed, this is not respected by parents with children who are screaming, stunned and generally noisy .. | |
