Hotel Forton *** is located in the heart of the High Tatras, under the Lomnicky Peak in the developing part of Stará Lesná. It's remote only 2 km from the ski and recreation center Tatranská Lomnica. It is part of the Residence Lesná complex. It will enchant you with beautiful views of the foothills of the Tatras. It is a popular resting place for families with children, which prefers relaxation in nature. In the restaurant you can enjoy traditional specialties according to the recipes of Petr Ďurč, an elite chef and a member of the Gourmet Club.
The hotel offers accommodation in 10 apartments and 22 double rooms. Tastefully furnished rooms with a modern bathroom they will provide you with comfort, which you need. In addition, thanks to the variability of beds, the space can be adapted to your wishes and provide a background for you and your loved ones. And the view of the majestic peaks of the mountains underlines the pleasant atmosphere that prevails throughout the hotel. Each double room and apartment has your balcony, views of the Tatras or the hotel's landscaped garden. Rooms have satellite TV and high-speed internet.
Guests of the Forton *** hotel can use the Wellness Center in our partner hotel Lesná **** at a discounted price 25% discount on admission. The swimming pool is inaccessible after 18:00 for children under 15 and the Hot Zone is prohibited for children under 15. If you desire a real regeneration of body and mind, treat yourself to ours luxury Spa by L'Occitane, in the hotel pool and wellness center. Directly from the pool you will look at the majestic Lomnický štít and enjoy the pleasure of perfect relaxation. In the wellness you will find swimming pool with massage elements, indoor and outdoor whirlpool, sauna world (Finnish, salt, steam, ice bucket, experience shower) and relaxation zone with a direct beautiful view of Lomnický štít.
At Hotel Forton you will find a wide range of activities and additional services. It is located directly in front of the hotel tennis court and golf putting green. Your kids will also have fun inside children's corner, ping-pong or billiards. The hotel service includes bicycle rental.

| We have had an excellent experience with the Balnea Grand facility, we have returned here for the third time, the level of all-inclusive food is excellent, all meals are prepared from quality ingredients. Served drinks are such a classic. The buffet by the pool offers fast food-type food, which is delicious. The outdoor pool is suitable for smaller and older children, but also for seniors, the indoor pool is more suitable for older children and adults. The surroundings of the hotel are in a pleasant park on a spa island, an ideal place for relaxing walks. The hotel staff is pleasant and polite. The rooms of the Grand wing were renovated approximately 20 years ago, some rooms have newer equipment, the rooms have a refrigerator and a TV. The bathroom and toilet are older, but clean and well maintained. The advantage is also the possibility to pick up your pet for an additional fee, our dachshund has been very happy here for years. Now, however, we have come to relax without him. | |

| most of the whole hotel we were satisfied with the food, there was a large selection of dishes, fruits, vegetable salads and desserts. As for accommodation, it was nice, and the neighbors accommodated - specifically foreigners from Ukraine, who repeatedly smoked on the balcony. after the announcement made at the reception, we were told that we were unlucky because we had no proof. the Ukrainians allegedly told them that they did not smoke, while we talked to them and one of them blew smoke into the husband in protest with the words "sejcas smatriii" (look at the translation now). I would like to draw the attention of the hotel management that instead of writing meaningless questionnaires (which would deserve the attention of the Slovak) on arrival, they should consider giving clients signing the hotel's conditions, which can be punished by a fine in case of violation. I also have a comment on the pools .. since these are relaxing stays, where peace and quiet should be observed, this is not respected by parents with children who are screaming, stunned and generally noisy .. | |
