Hotel Sorea Uran *** It will welcome you in the center of Tatranská Lomnica, directly at the foot of Lomnický štítwhich is accessible by cable car. The hotel is an ideal place for family holidays in every season and to perfectly enjoy the smallest mountains in the world, the High Tatras.
The hotel provides modern and comfortable accommodation furnished rooms equipped with bathroom, toilet, telephone, LCD TV and balcony. The hotel has wheelchair access and is equipped with 2 wheelchair accessible rooms. The hotel provides as standard rental of hair dryers and irons, currency exchange and information services. Hotel guests can use free parking directly at the hotel or hotel garages for a fee. It is available for children children's playroom, athletes near the hotel are tennis courts, indoor tennis hall and rollerblading track. Hotel guests have table tennis free of charge. Rackets and balls will be provided by the hotel reception. There are also in the complex billiards.
To improve the service, the hotel's wellness area went through complete renovation - relax in the beautiful new wellness center URANIA. In the wellness center you can find stainless steel relaxation pool with offer water attractions, two children's pools connected by a stainless steel slide with a water urchin, Finnish sauna and steam sauna.
In winter The highest and steepest piste in Slovakia is available to skiers near the hotel. You are skiing 6,5 km long downhill through Lomnické sedlo to Tatranská Lomnica. Skiers have access to state-of-the-art chairlifts and gondola lifts, ski school services, ski services and sports equipment rental. Lovers of winter sports will also enjoy natural ice rink and groomed cross-country trails. It is available for hotel guests free storage of winter sports equipment.

| We have had an excellent experience with the Balnea Grand facility, we have returned here for the third time, the level of all-inclusive food is excellent, all meals are prepared from quality ingredients. Served drinks are such a classic. The buffet by the pool offers fast food-type food, which is delicious. The outdoor pool is suitable for smaller and older children, but also for seniors, the indoor pool is more suitable for older children and adults. The surroundings of the hotel are in a pleasant park on a spa island, an ideal place for relaxing walks. The hotel staff is pleasant and polite. The rooms of the Grand wing were renovated approximately 20 years ago, some rooms have newer equipment, the rooms have a refrigerator and a TV. The bathroom and toilet are older, but clean and well maintained. The advantage is also the possibility to pick up your pet for an additional fee, our dachshund has been very happy here for years. Now, however, we have come to relax without him. | |

| most of the whole hotel we were satisfied with the food, there was a large selection of dishes, fruits, vegetable salads and desserts. As for accommodation, it was nice, and the neighbors accommodated - specifically foreigners from Ukraine, who repeatedly smoked on the balcony. after the announcement made at the reception, we were told that we were unlucky because we had no proof. the Ukrainians allegedly told them that they did not smoke, while we talked to them and one of them blew smoke into the husband in protest with the words "sejcas smatriii" (look at the translation now). I would like to draw the attention of the hotel management that instead of writing meaningless questionnaires (which would deserve the attention of the Slovak) on arrival, they should consider giving clients signing the hotel's conditions, which can be punished by a fine in case of violation. I also have a comment on the pools .. since these are relaxing stays, where peace and quiet should be observed, this is not respected by parents with children who are screaming, stunned and generally noisy .. | |
